Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Ready in: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
Mix mustard, honey and olive oil.
Coat the pork.
Roast at 190°C for 20–25 minutes.
Rest, slice and drizzle with the pan juices.
Serve with: Mashed potatoes or rice.
