All of our honey is Pure, Raw, Unheated, Unfiltered – just the way nature intended. Since it is unfiltered, it retains all the pollen, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes. The bees determine the color, flavor, and texture of our honey by the varieties of wildflowers and herbs they forage – mostly on Red Kindey Vetch (Silla) and

mixed Maltese flora. Our honey is tasty on toast, off the spoon, in sandwiches or incorporated within dressings and sauces. We use it to naturally sweeten homemade granola, cakes and bread. To bring honey back to its liquid form after it has crystallized, all you need to do is put it in a pot on your stove with a few inches of water. Bring it to a simmer, once it is back to liquid form remove it from the stove. Do not boil the honey, do not put the honey in the microwave. Do not put plastic on the stove, only glass. If you have a plastic bottle, please put the bottle in a bowl and put hot tap water in the bowl till it comes back to liquid form
