1. Visual & Structural Inspection — valve, cylinder condition and tare weight are checked.
2. Deep Sanitization — the cylinder vessel is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
3. Precision Filling — filled with certified beverage-grade CO₂.
4. High-Pressure Leak Testing — the cylinder and seal are checked6 for integrity.
5. Valve Sanitization — the release valve is hygienically cleaned after filling.
6. Tamper-Evident Seal — a hygienic safety seal is applied before the cylinder reaches the customer.
