As a vital member of our kitchen brigade, the Line Cook will work closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef to prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to our high standards. This role is perfect for someone who has solid kitchen skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for food.
KITCHEN PORTER
The Kitchen Porter is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Youβll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting basic food prep, and helping with deliveries and inventory. This position is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to support the team behind the scenes.
Requirements for Both Positions:

βοΈ Valid Food Handling Certification
βοΈ 1β2 yearsβ experience in a professional kitchen
βοΈ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
βοΈ Strong teamwork and communication skills
