We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Kiosk Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food items at our kiosk, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, snacks, and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
β’ Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and process transactions accurately.
β’ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food kiosk, including food preparation areas, equipment, and serving counters.
β’ Ensure that all food products are stored and handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the management team.
β’ Provide prompt and polite service to all customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
β’ Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
β’ Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and cleanliness.
β’ Food handling course.
Working Hours:
β’ Mondays to Fridays β 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
β’ Saturdays β 7.00 am to 1.00 p.m.
