Part-Time Delivery Driver Wanted – Green Thumb Farm

We are looking for a reliable and motivated part-time delivery driver to join our team.

Details:

Hours: 20 hours per week

Schedule: 4 hours per day(approx)

Pay: €10/hour (with potential increase to €12/hour based on performance)

Responsibilities:

Deliver fresh produce to clients across Malta

Ensure timely and professional service

Handle products with care

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle. Vehicle will be provided by the company.

Requirements:

Valid driving licence. (For Malta)

Good knowledge of local roads in Malta

Punctual, responsible, and well-presented

Good communication skills

Bonus:

Experience in delivery or similar roles is an asset

Green Thumb Farm is on the hunt for an Agricultural Worker enthusiast to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our microgreen, edible flower, pea shoot, and garnish production through preparation, packaging, delivery, and farm tasks.

The position demands physical effort and may involve long hours, including tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, packaging, delivering produce, cleaning equipment, and moving heavy objects.

We're seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic, precise attention to detail, creative spirit, honesty, determination, and excitement for working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and won't be deterred by routine tasks such as cleaning, washing, labelling, or organizing.

Ideal candidates boast previous farming experience, hydroponic production of lettuces and / or edible flowers, a hospitality industry background, and expertise in photography, writing, or social media.

Work hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm on weekdays, with the potential for earlier or later starts based on seasonal demand. Weekend availability is a must.
