✅ How to Participate
Every customer who places an order of €25 or more in a single transaction automatically qualifies for the promotion.
Eligible orders include:

Each qualifying order counts as one entry only, regardless of the total amount spent.

To participate, customers must provide:

• Mobile Phone Number
Customers who choose not to provide these details are welcome to complete their purchase; however, their order will not be included in the promotion.

🔢 Official Order Count
Every receipt issued by Pizza Planet Malta is automatically assigned a progressive order number by our management system.
This progressive receipt number is the only official reference used to determine the winning customers.
One copy of the receipt is given to the customer and another is retained by Pizza Planet Malta.
To keep everyone informed, the latest qualifying order number reached each day will be published on the official Pizza Planet Malta page.

🔄 The Promotion Never Stops
After the 1000th customer has received the €1,000 Gift Voucher, the promotion automatically restarts from the beginning.

This cycle will continue throughout the promotional period.

⏰ Simultaneous Orders
If two or more qualifying orders are received at nearly the same time, the official time recorded by Pizza Planet Malta's management system will determine the winning order.
The management system is the sole official reference for determining the winners.

📞 Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the telephone number provided during registration.
Proof of identity may be requested before the prize is awarded.

📸 Prize Collection & Social Media
To ensure complete transparency and demonstrate that every prize has genuinely been awarded, every winner must:
✅ Collect the prize personally.
✅ Have a photograph taken while receiving the prize.
✅ Authorise Pizza Planet Malta to publish the photograph together with the winner's first name on its official social media pages.
Acceptance of these conditions is mandatory in order to receive the prize.
If the winner refuses to authorise the publication of the photograph, the prize will be considered forfeited.

🎁 Gift Voucher Terms
Each Gift Voucher:
• Is valid only at Pizza Planet Malta.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Has no cash value.
• Is issued with a unique validation PIN generated and recorded by Pizza Planet Malta.
• The validation PIN is required every time the voucher is used.
• The value of each purchase will be deducted from the remaining voucher balance until the full amount has been redeemed.
• The remaining balance can be used over multiple visits until the voucher value reaches zero or the expiry date is reached.
• Pizza Planet Malta reserves the right to verify the PIN before accepting any voucher.
• Lost, stolen, altered or damaged vouchers and/or PINs cannot be replaced.

🚫 Fraud & Disqualification
Pizza Planet Malta reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel any prize in the event of fraud, false information, abuse or any attempt to manipulate the promotion.

⌛ Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not collect the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be claimed at a later date.
