The days are still balmy. The sea is still vibrant blue. October hasn’t got the message.

Girgentina Spumante and Moscato Perlato are the answer. Both chilled. Both made for the table.

Have you ever spotted that small icon on our bottles? It is a small symbol with a big impact. It means the bottle is returnable. Return the empty glass bottle to the shop, claim your deposit back and we’ll handle the rest: washing, refilling and reusing it. It’s a sustainable cycle we’ve proudly operated for decades. Worth knowing before you pour. Follow us for the next episode of Cellar Talk by Delicata.

Medina Girgentina. Taste Malta. Girgentina is the island’s own white grape. It is grown nowhere else and crafted to turn an afternoon lunch into something truly extraordinary.

Summer is winding down. Żiffa is not.
Our whites and rosé lit up the season. The reds take it from here. Expect the same coastal character, just a richer warmth in your glass.
Ziffa - Feel the breeze.

Where it all began and where it continues.
The cellar holds more than bottles. It holds time and the unbroken rhythm of four generations of w**emakers at work.

Red w**e takes a different path from the moment it arrives at the w**ery. The grape skins stay with the juice. Colour, tannin and structure are drawn out over those days, long before pressing ever begins. What looks like waiting is the w**e coming to life.

Five bottles. Four hands. Do the maths.

The last one has your name on it.

Ziffa - Feel the breeze.
