Brewing leaves behind spent malt once the sugars, flavour and colour have been extracted from the grain.
Rather than dumping that spent grain, we send it off to a local farm where it gets a second life as chicken feed.

Bullseye isn't "just another beer", it's the result of friends coming together to make little dreams come true. We were honoured to have Nathan Brimmer ask us to brew a beer exclusively for The Pub , and we put all our efforts into creating a recipe suited to his patrons there.

Higher IBU usually means more bitterness, but it doesn’t always tell the full story. Other factors like malt and balance affect how that bitterness is perceived.

Understanding the basics makes it easier to find the beer that suits your taste.
