TAKE WHAT YOU NEED ✨✨
Remember in order to give, you need to be full. In order to serve others you must care for yourself. It’s not selfish, contrary to what we’ve been taught to believe.
Treat yourself to a little self care today, even if 5 minutes is all you can spare.

Who doesn’t like pancakes?! The most common misconception I encounter is the belief that eating healthy means sacrificing tasty food. This couldn’t be more wrong! Instead of focusing on the food you choose to give up, focus on the foods you can include. Perspective shift makes all the difference. 🙃
All you need to whip up a batch of these bad boys is 3 ingredients and 3 minutes (roughly).

Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
Options - 2 eggs, chia or flax egg (soak 1 tbsp in 2 tbsp water and allow to set for 5 mins).

Method:
1. Blitz it all up in a blender for extra fluffy pancakes or hand whisk.
2. Melt 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in a pan and pour the batter. You can make one large or several mini pancakes.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings. I always love some fresh fruit, nut butter and maple syrup on mine.

SO YUM.
