urselves be guided every day by a strong passion for the traditions of our territory. Our history is closely linked to the tradition of fish processing in Malta and in particular tuna but also to the best fruits that our land gives us every day. Given quality and limited products that are hand made we work according to ancient Maltese customs that was the main road we wanted to take. The quality of our products can be seen first at a glance and then with the palate. We carefully look for and to create excellent products by carrying on the ancient traditions also to create new things with old methods using only the best quality without compromise.
