We’re so happy to bring this collaboration back — sharing a table of beautiful wines alongside a selection of Valchikovsky chocolates, with their special edition orange blossom creation taking the spotlight… delicate, aromatic, and truly something to look forward to.

On Thursday 26 March, we invite you to explore how a single estate evolves across the years with a guided vertical tasting of Tokara’s Director Reserve, a special South African Bordeaux Blend from 2009 to 2014.

Founded on the slopes of Stellenbosch, Tokara has built a reputation for precision, structure, and wines that reward patience. Tasting these vintages side by side reveals not just the character of each year, but the quiet transformation that happens in the bottle over time.

An evening focused on depth, nuance, and the beauty of evolution in fine wine.

Until now, our videos have always been carried by music. But a tasting has its own rhythm — the clink of glasses, the murmur of curious questions, the laughter when someone discovers a new favourite wine.

For the first time, we’re sharing it as it truly happens.

This carousel comes from our Portugal Beyond Port tasting, where Mili takes us through the stories, landscapes, and flavours of Portugal — from the
coastal vineyards of Peninsula de Setubal and Sintra to the sun baked plains of Alentejo. Along the way we explore aromas, tasting notes, and the beautiful conversations that happen when wine lovers gather around the table.

Because our tastings are never just about what’s in the glass — they’re about discovery, curiosity, and sharing the moment together.

Portugal, beyond the familiar.

On Thursday 12 March, we open a window into a side of Portuguese wine that rarely takes centre stage. From the cool, maritime Atlantic coast around Lisbon we will be moving to warmer Mediterranean oceanic styles, south of Lisbon and ending our journey with hot, dry sun baked landscapes of the south, this tasting explores the depth and character that make Portugal one of Europe’s most exciting wine countries today.

For this evening we will be pouring wines from three distinctive producers:

Last Thursday we gathered with a room full of passionate wine lovers to explore the magnificent grape varietal - PINOT NOIR.

Together we travelled through Germany, New Zealand, Oregon, South Africa and France, discovering how this grape varietal transforms across different climates, soils and winemaking philosophies. From delicate and perfumed to structured and powerful, every glass told a different story.

What made the evening truly special was the curiosity in the room — thoughtful questions, shared impressions, and the joy of discovering just how many personalities this noble grape can have.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening such a success. Your passion for wine is what makes these tastings so memorable.
