Four months ago, we put the platter at the heart of what we do as a w**e bar 🍷
Since then, we’ve been constantly refining our boards, making them more enjoyable both to look at and to taste.
At Pompette, we made a simple bet: quality first.
🇫🇷 Our French cheeses and charcuterie are carefully selected, with a strong focus on protected designations of origin and geographical indications. Each product reflects the traditions, expertise and distinctive flavours of its region.
Our ambition is to bring these remarkable regional specialities to the forefront in Malta, from w**e to cheese and charcuterie.
🇮🇹🇪🇸 Naturally, our Italian and Spanish friends have their place on our boards too: 24-month-aged Parmigiano, Coppa di Parma, Spanish Lomo with herbs, and many more exceptional products.
Some have already become Pompette favourites. Our Saucissons du Mont-Blanc are a real crowd-pleaser, not to mention the wonderfully creamy Saint-Félicien from the Vercors. 🇫🇷
The philosophy is simple: exceptional products, selected with the same exacting standards as the w**es at Pompette and Baron Max W**es.
Artisanal. Carefully sourced. Sustainable, with a strong commitment to avoiding herbicides in our w**e selection.
Everything we offer follows the same principle: quality, quality, and more quality.
We believe that a premium experience should not necessarily mean unreasonable prices, and we continue to work hard to keep our offering accessible while maintaining the standards we believe in.
As the months go by, we’re gradually taking things up a notch, refining our offering and preparing for the winter season ahead. There’s more to come at Pompette, with the same commitment to exceptional products, great w**es and the pleasure of sharing them.
