Xi'An street food has landed in Malta and we are NOT calm about it. 🇨🇳🔥

Meet the Roujiamo aka the original Chinese burger and Koza Dumplings is serving them PROPER. We went for both flavours: Juicy Duck & Classic Pork

Both wrapped in the most insanely crispy, flaky pastry. Paired with a side of fries because why not. Honestly? Send help.

🔥 Kawki by Filfla Chilli Co. A cocoa, rosemary and chilli paste that sounds strange but works.

We tested it on steak, banana toast, and crostini. Some results were fine. Others were excellent.
