Magro Brothers is a family owned organisation dedicated to the production and provision of quality food.

The Magro Brothers Group of Companies is a family owned organisation dedicated to the production and provision of quality food. The Group operates from a cluster of purposely-built food workshops and factories located in Xewkija, Gozo and aptly known as “The Magro Food Village”. The passion for good food and the deep-rooted family spirit are very present in the well trained and highly motivated workforce, who are committed to give the best consistent results to their world class clients. The organisation was established in 1916, when three Magro brothers decided to join their father who was already a leading general provision merchant. In 1934 they ventured into food processing and established the first tomato processing plant on the tiny island of Gozo. Besides tomatoes and their renowned canning operation, Magro Brothers are today involved in dairy products and in a vast range of award winning traditional craft food. The Magro Brothers Group of companies also have investments in real estate and the retail sector.

Another year, another opportunity to showcase our products at SIAL Paris.

Magro Brothers are taking part in SIAL Paris 2026, held at Paris Nord Villepinte from 17 to 21 October. The event brings together members of the food industry, offering an opportunity to present products and meet with professionals from across the sector.

Visitors are welcome to meet the Magro Brothers team at Stand 2J105, where the company is showcasing its latest products and discussing opportunities to connect.

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business and operational figures, preparing management reports, monitoring KPIs, and providing accurate data and insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse business, financial, production, and operational data.
• Compile regular and ad-hoc management reports.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends, variances, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Consolidate and validate data from different departments.
• Develop and improve reporting processes and systems using BI tools. Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Computing, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in BI reporting is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
