As our company grows to 4โ6 premium modular kitchen projects per month, we require a strong Project & Operations Manager to take full control of ex*****on.
This is a high-responsibility role.

๐ฅ YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
From signed contract to final handover, you own the project.
You will:
โ Plan production timelines
โ Manage workshop coordination
โ Allocate workforce efficiently
โ Ensure material readiness
โ Oversee installation scheduling
โ Enforce quality control
โ Protect profit margins
โ Deliver projects on time
If a project is delayed โ you solve it.

๐ง REQUIRED PROFILE
You MUST:
โ Read technical drawings and cutlists effortlessly
โ Understand modular cabinet production flow
โ Think ahead (minimum 2 weeks planning)
โ Command respect inside a workshop
โ Be structured and disciplined
โ Handle pressure professionally
Experience in kitchen / wardrobe manufacturing is mandatory.
