L'Épicerie et Proxifresh Mauritius , en collaboration avec La Maison Scott , ont offert à leurs invités, ce jeudi une expérience gastronomique unique autour des incontournables de Bottega :

sans oublier la délicieuse liqueur au tiramisu.

Les convives ont également savouré une sélection de charcuteries, de fromages gastronomiques et de truffes Plantin Truffe , pour une dégustation d'exception.

Nous avons eu l'honneur d'accueillir Elena Schipani, Global Corporate Trainer & Sommelier de la Maison Bottega Prosecco et ambassadrice de Bottega Gold , qui a partagé son expertise et sa passion tout au long de la soirée.

This Thursday, L'Épicerie and Proxifresh, in collaboration with La Maison Scott, treated guests to a unique gastronomic experience featuring some of Bottega's finest creations:

Guests also enjoyed a carefully curated selection of gourmet charcuterie, fine cheeses, and Plantin truffles for an exceptional tasting experience.

We were honoured to welcome Elena Schipani, Global Corporate Trainer & Sommelier at Bottega and Brand Ambassador for Bottega Gold, who shared her expertise and passion throughout the evening.

🇦🇺✨ A day celebrating culinary excellence, premium Australian produce and the future of Mauritian gastronomy.

Proxifresh & Team Scott were proud to co-organise the Taste of Australia: Unboxed, Mauritius 2026 alongside the Australian High Commission in Mauritius, Austrade and Australian Beef & Lamb at MITD Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval.

From the inspiring masterclass and live lamb demonstration by internationally acclaimed Master Chef Tarek Ibrahim to the creativity showcased during the Mystery Box Challenge, the event highlighted the incredible talent within Mauritius’ culinary scene.

We were honoured by the presence of H.E. Kate Chamley, Australian High Commissioner to Mauritius, Chef Tarek Ibrahim, Certified Master Chef, Jemima Schilling, Australian Trade Commissioner for Africa, Juliet Kanyi, Country Director, and Darren Watson, MLA Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This exceptional day brought together hospitality professionals, chefs, students, and industry leaders to celebrate premium Australian produce, culinary excellence, and the future of Mauritian gastronomy 🍽️🔥
