- Look around and name 3 things you can see.
- Listen closely and name 3 sounds you can hear.
- Move your body by adjusting 3 parts (roll your shoulders, stretch your fingers, move your ankles).
It takes less than 60 seconds, but it pulls your brain out of an anxious loop and brings you back to the present moment.
