We recently had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with the Rotaract Club of Helvetia and the Interact Club of MGI to talk about protecting our most precious resource. Our very own Chemical Engineer, Alona, delivered an engaging presentation on "Water Engineering from Source to Tap," breaking down the journey our water takes and how science keeps it safe.

Today, we aren’t talking about business, engineering, or partnerships. We simply want to share a highly effective, science-backed tool used by professionals to manage sudden workplace stress: The 3-3-3 Rule.

If you ever feel overwhelmed during your day, take a moment to ground yourself with this simple technique:

- Look around and name 3 things you can see.
- Listen closely and name 3 sounds you can hear.
- Move your body by adjusting 3 parts (roll your shoulders, stretch your fingers, move your ankles).

It takes less than 60 seconds, but it pulls your brain out of an anxious loop and brings you back to the present moment.
