Rumour has it…

One of the world’s most iconic drinks was born from a battle cry.

The Cuba Libre first shook the world around 1900, when American soldiers in Havana raised their glasses to a free Cuba. A simple drink but for a powerful moment. A legend in a glass.

And legends evolve.

Meet Épicé Soda, our twist on the classic drink. Try it once and make it yours.

Ingredients:

5 cl of Îlot Brocus Spiced Spirit Drink
12 cl of soda (sparkling water or club soda)
2cl of cane syrup
1 wedge of lime
Ice cubes

Preparation:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour the Îlot Brocus over the ice.
Add 2cl of cane syrup.
Top up with soda and stir gently.
Squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass, then place it as a decoration.
