Rumour has it… that episode 3 just dropped and this one is a major creation of ours.

Meet Ilot d’Ananas, your new favourite.

Built on Major Philippe’s Ilot Brocus, and the sweetness of pineapple juice, this drink is the island pairing that found its perfect match, with a taste that lingers like the best days of summer.

Ingredients

5 cl of Major Philippe Ilot Brocus
10 cl of pineapple juice
2 cl of lime juice
2 cl of Cane syrup
Ice cubes
Fresh pineapple wedge
Mint leaf or edible flower

Preparation

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the Major Philippe Ilot Brocus, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cane syrup.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour into an old-fashioned glass previously filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a mint leaf.

Rumour has it… that in episode 2 of this series we are bringing that heartwarming scent of curry leaves in the kitchen on a Sunday morning into your glass.

The Mojito Carry Poulet was born from a simple idea; take a classic, and make it speak Mauritian.

Fresh curry leaves combined with Major Philippe’s Britannia Premium Rum, to create a drink that can only come from one place, home.

Ingredients:

6 cl of Major Philippe Britannia
Sparkling water
2 teaspoons of Dina Sugar Raw
5 leaves of curry leaves
½ lime

Preparations:

Prepare the lime
Cut the ½ lime into small pieces.
Crush the aromatic ingredients

In a glass, add the lime pieces and curry leaves. Gently crush with a pestle to release the aromas (without completely mashing).

Add the sugar
Pour 2 teaspoons of brown sugar (Dina Sugar Raw) and mix gently.

Add the rum
Pour 6 cl of Major Philippe Britannia, then stir gently.

Add the cold and the bubbles
Add crushed ice, then top up with sparkling water.
