Tara.mu Tara was introduced in 1990. Tara was initially launched as a margarine in 1990 and the spread version was introduced in 2011.

Products under Tara brand are margarine, spread and spread olive, all produced locally under strict sanitary and production standards giving consumers the best product at affordable prices. Tara margarine contains 82% sunflower and canola oils. Tara spread is made from 55% sunflower and canola oils and naturally contains Omega 3 and 6 that helps control cholesterol levels in the body. Tara Olive s

pread has been introduced in 2014. it contains olive oils (15%), edible fats and refined vegetable oils. Tara products are approved by Heart and Stroke Eating Plan.

Golden, warm, and made with Tara, these manioc crêpes are the kind of homemade treat that has everyone reaching for one more.

Ingredients
600g manioc
3 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g Tara, melted
Tara, for greasing and brushing
Desiccated coconut, optional, for serving

Instructions
Peel the manioc and grate or finely grind it until very fine.
Place the ground manioc in a bowl and add the milk powder and sugar. Mix well.
Add the vanilla extract and melted Tara, then mix until evenly combined.
Let the mixture rest for 15–20 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with Tara.
Spoon a portion of the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly into a thin crêpe.
Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the underside is golden brown and the crêpe is firm enough to flip. Turn it over and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
While still hot, brush with a little Tara.
Serve warm with

The “just one more bite” kind of corn.
A little Tara, creamy mayo, cheese, and a touch of spice turn simple corn into something everyone will want a taste of.



Ingredients
1 can of corn, drained
1 tbsp Tara
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp chili powder
Cheese
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Cheese, for topping

Instructions
Heat the Tara in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the drained corn and sauté for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly charred.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheese, chili powder, and salt.
Add the warm corn to the mayonnaise mixture and toss until well coated.
Top with cheese and chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve warm.

Enjoy warm friyapin and savour the simple moments that make every meal special.



Ingredients
1 breadfruit
Water, enough to cover the pieces
1–2 tsp salt
Tara, melted, for serving

Instructions
Wash and peel the breadfruit. Cut it into quarters and remove the core, then cut into evenly sized pieces.
Place the breadfruit in a large pot and add enough water to cover the pieces. Add the salt.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes, or until the breadfruit is tender and a fork slides easily into the flesh.
Drain well and serve warm with melted Tara.

Tip: Cooking time may vary depending on the size and ripeness of the breadfruit. The breadfruit is ready when it is tender all the way through.

Chocolate cravings don't wait. 🍫🤎
Rich, fudgy brownies made with Tara are always a good reason to cut yourself a square... or maybe two.



Ingredients
¾ cup melted Tara
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sugar
3 large eggs
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted Tara, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
Add the Tara mixture to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are set.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Who says everyday pasta has to stay ordinary?
With Tara, a touch of Cajun spice, and plenty of flavour, this creamy penne turns every meal into a moment worth savouring.



Ingredients
For the Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
For the Pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Tara
450g boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
230g penne pasta
500ml chicken broth
60g cheese
3 green onions, sliced

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the Cajun seasoning ingredients.
Place the diced chicken in a large bowl. Add the Cajun seasoning and toss until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil and Tara in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add the diced onion and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until softened.
Stir in the penne and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Add the cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Garnish with the sliced green onions and serve warm.
