18months of the pandemic have created many debts, many friends and family are out of work, jobless and tens of thousands of businesses are out of business.
If the company you work in continues, without pay reduction or dismissal, treat it well.
We face a pandemic that cannot be controlled. 2021 is about survival. Leave aside daily complaints and stop moaning. Be be grateful and responsible for what you have. And look after each other and the communities we live in.
We face uncertain times, It’s not easy for anyone. So let’s all support each other. Spend local. Help your friends’ businesses whenever you are able to. Help keep small businesses in your community.

This is how this dish came up!

Client called and asked our speciality and we in return, asked the latter what would please her.

Client: I just bought a fresh fish and I dnt know what to do with it.

So, we took the fish from the client and prepared a whole steamed/grilled fish followed with a sweet chilli sauce mixed with veggies + 1 garlic baguette.

Client satisfied 😎

Ou pena letemps pu prepare ou repas.. ou pan gagne letemps achete de quoi pu cuit? nu la pu offert zot ban easy pack de poulet avec plusieur types de marinades ( roti, salmi, BBQ, Curry masala, Daube, tandoori, etc...) avec pieces selon ou choix (cuisse, blanc, ailes...)
