For more than three decades, Matine has been part of the Oxenham story. 💙

After more than 33 years with the company, Chandrasen Basanaboyana Rajanah – better known by everyone as Matine – is one of the familiar faces who has helped shape our winery over the years.

As one of the longest-serving members of our winery team, Matine plays an essential role in the winemaking process. Once fermentation is complete, he receives the wines and carefully oversees their preparation, from clarification to quality control before filtration. His precision and experience help ensure every bottle meets the high standards we are proud of.

His dedication, consistency, and wealth of knowledge have made him an invaluable member of the Oxenham family and a true inspiration to those who work alongside him.

Derrière chaque bouteille se cachent des femmes et des hommes passionnés. Aujourd'hui, nous vous présentons Warren. 👋

Après un an et demi au sein d'Oxenham, où il évoluait entre les livraisons et la production de vin, Warren a relevé un nouveau défi en intégrant l'équipe de fabrication de nos spiritueux.

Aux côtés de Cédric Oxenham et avec le soutien de ses collègues, il a découvert l'univers exigeant de la fabrication du gin. Un métier qui demande autant de précision que de passion.

Ce qu'il apprécie le plus ? La précision qu'exige l'élaboration du Pierre Poivre Gin. Chaque distillation est un véritable travail d'équilibre : déguster, reconnaître les arômes, identifier les senteurs des botaniques et veiller à chaque détail pour garantir une qualité irréprochable.

Pour lui, un grand gin est le fruit de la rigueur, de la discipline et d'une attention portée à chaque détail.

Merci Warren de faire vivre, au quotidien, le savoir-faire et la passion qui animent Oxenham. 💙
