We are delighted to officially launch Alimentis Lab, in partnership with New Selecta and Fine Foods Marketing — bringing together passion, expertise and innovation around food and culinary excellence.

We were honoured to welcome Lucio Dubini from Alimentis S.r.l. and Master Chef Massimo Quondamatteo, who shared their expertise, inspiration and passion with our guests during this special occasion. 👨‍🍳✨

A very special thank you to Luigi's Pizzeria & Pasta Bar for warmly welcoming us and hosting an inspiring session with talented chefs from leading hotels, alongside our team.

L’Italie s’invite dans les cuisines mauriciennes ! 🇮🇹

New Selecta a eu le plaisir d’accueillir le Chef Luca de BABBI , tout droit venu d’Italie, pour une masterclass exclusive réunissant les chefs pâtissiers de plusieurs établissements hôteliers de l’île Maurice.

Au cœur de cette rencontre : la découverte de Babbi, maison italienne de référence depuis 1952, et de son savoir-faire unique à travers la réalisation de gelato et sorbetto d’exception, élaborés à partir de ses ingrédients professionnels.

Le Chef Luca a partagé avec passion son expertise, ses techniques et quelques-uns des secrets qui font la différence, mettant en lumière l’alliance entre tradition italienne, innovation et excellence qui caractérise Babbi.

🙏 Un grand merci au Chef Luca pour ce moment de partage, ainsi qu’à tous les chefs présents pour leur confiance, leur enthousiasme et leur passion pour la gastronomie.
