Good mornning .
We are.still having a small harvest each day .
In a couple.of week we will be having larger harvests of king trumpet and blaxk pearl ..
Hopefully these mushrooms will be larger packed with benefits for health

To fry Black Pearl hybrid mushrooms, slice them thick, coat them in a wet and dry batter, and fry in one inch of oil at medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Their dense, meaty stems hold up exceptionally well to high-heat frying.
