WE’RE HIRING – GROCERY MANAGER!
Are you a strong leader with a passion for retail and team management? MyFamily Grocer is looking for a dedicated Grocery Manager to lead our grocery department and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organised, and properly presented.
• Assist customers and handle queries or complaints.
• Supervise, guide, and support grocery staff.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and remove expired or damaged products.
• Maintain promotional displays and ensure products are properly merchandised.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, store safety, and security procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
