Tahini chocolate chip cookies. 🤎
It was last year that I came across the famous ‘Levain Bakery’ chocolate chip cookies and I was inspired to make it for my lovely customers. Those who tried these cookies immediately fell in love with them. Until today, Levain cookies are my fave and I’ve been testing new flavors ever since! Stay tuned, we’ll start taking orders soon! 🤗💗

This little slice of heaven has a filling that is equally sweet and tangy from the combination of condensed milk & passion fruit pulp. The coconutty crust makes it wonderfully chewy.

Yes, they’re huge, perfectly toasted on the outside, chewy & slightly under baked on the inside. Loaded with Belgian dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips ending with caramel & salted butter notes, toasted pecans for an added nutty flavor and flaky salt to top it off.

A light & fluffy topping similar to the texture of melted marshmallows.
One of the ingredients that you won’t find readily available at stores around here. It can still be easily made at the comfort of your home with the basic pantry staples such as eggs, sugar & cream of tartar. This cloud-like topping is airy, light, sticky and the right amount of sweet. You can add marshmallow fluff to hot chocolate, cookies, s’mores, your fave dessert or grab a spoonful & enjoy.
