Tiyambile apa, ma doughnuts osalowa zambiri, good for business too.

1kg flour
250mls milk
4tbsp sugar or more
1tsp yeast
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Tenthetsani nkaka usaotche kwambiri.
Ikanimo sugar ndi yeast nkutakasa, muzisiye for 5mins.
Mu basin sefani; flour, salt and baking powder .
Tengani mixture ya yeast ija thiranimo ndikusakaniza koma zisalimbe kwambiri, ndekuti you will be adding timadzi zikalimba.
Cover ndi plastic muzisiye for 30 to 60minutes zisafufume kwambiri.
Muteleka mafuta kumakulunga ndikuboola pakati ndikumakazinga on medium heat.
