Only at Friday Friendly Market Lake Chapala 9:30 to 12:30. Come sample some gourmet artisan cheese and sourdough bread made with fish flour. All natural, grass fed animals, completely GLUTEN FREE, sugar free, and preservative free. We use animals at our ranch to make everything and we know what they eat!

Friday Friendly Market Lake Chapala is happening tomorrow 9:30 to 12:30. I have everything you need! Eat bread and cheese, it’s too darn hot to turn on the stove. Buy some fruit to go with it. Some enjoy a cup of Sagrado Cafe anf enjoy some pastries. Meet some friends, sample some Cacau. After all, we locals have to do what we do to get through May. Come visit and sample some cheeses. I look forward to seeing your smiling faces!!! Tomorrow is Labor Day and lots of people will be out and about for the 3 day weekend. Trusty Friday Friendly Market Lake Chapala will continue as usual 9:30 to 12:30. I have fresh baked gluten free breads and pastries made of fish flour coming around 8 am and all the gourmet cheeses, goat and sheep yogurts with organic fruit, cottage cheese, kefir, Cacau products, coffee, and meats from well fed free range animals.

New products this week:
Biscotti made of fish flour, amaranth, gluten free oats with walnut, ginger, cardamom and agave honey.
Martinas are made of cajeta brûlée, walnut, ginger, cardamom and agave honey.
Pork chops brushed with Braggs organic apple cider vinegar.

Because of the heat, I’ll be opening early and leaving early (8:30 to 11:30). I welcome you to come see all there is at Friday Friendly Market.

Tomorrow at 9:30 I’ll be at Friday Friendly Market Lake Chapala with all organic and preservative free goodies. Fresh gluten free breads and pastries, cheeses and dairy with probiotics, cacau, coffee, tea, and kombucha. I hope to see everyone there!

Happy Sunday Beautiful People! I’m ordering sourdough breads and pastries for this week’s Friday Friendly Market Lake Chapala and I’m excited to share that I’ll have fresh yogurts with organic strawberries, peaches, raspberries and Castilian walnuts! And as always I’ll have cheeses with all the lactobacillus that keeps our stomachs and minds sane and healthy. Looking forward to seeing you Friday!
