Important Update ☀️
After careful consideration, I have made the decision to withdraw from the Slow Food Yucatán
The market recently voted to change its operating hours for the summer season. While I respect the group's decision and understand the reasons behind it, the revised schedule is not compatible with the operating requirements of Yucatán Yogurt & Salt Co.
As a small producer, every business decision must balance production time, travel, product quality, and the overall sustainability of the operation, including the mental and physical well-being of the person doing all the work. It turns out that's an important business asset, too. I have decided that stepping away is the best choice for my business at this time.
I am grateful to everyone who supported me, sampled my products, purchased yogurt, and encouraged me during my time at the market. Your support means more than you know.
The good news is that Yucatán Yogurt & Salt Co. is not going anywhere! I will continue serving existing customers, taking direct orders, and participating at Natural Thangs Farmers Market.
I also look forward to focusing on new products and future opportunities over the coming months. As I say goodbye to the market, I will be using that time in the test kitchen to say hello to FRESH organic soy milk and an organic VEGAN YOGURT 🌱 ✨❤️
