La empresa inicia en el 2011, buscando un lugar en lo existente como:

* El sabor en sus bebidas con notas cítricas
* Su color paja de brillantez y tonos dorados
* Sin perder la parte artesanal que nos une con un pasado lleno de historia
* Como esperar el crecimiento de penca con paciencia por los campesinos ya que deberán esperar transcurrir unos ocho años para acá para que la planta se madure-
