We offer 1 and 3 course meal one day cooking courses as well as a Friday night cocktail and appetizer class (which we call "Drinking School"!). Private chef services and caterings are offered as well.

Guava mole with pork.
It might not look like a fancy, plated dish, but that’s the beauty of this place—it’s totally laid back.
I had never tried guava mole before, but consider me a fan. I’m definitely going to try making my own version soon! (And those tortillas? Perfection).

I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicharrón with nopales soup though, but when one dish is a total winner, the whole meal is a success. I’m a happy chef today! 😍

This lovely couple from the U.S. joined my cooking class, and something really sweet happened during the evening. ❤️ Bethany and my mom started talking like old friends from the moment they met, and by dinner time my mom was sitting at the table with us, sharing stories and laughs. Since she doesn’t live here and rarely gets to be part of my classes, it made the night feel even more special.
Thank you Bethany and Derick for coming and choosing CO.COS and making this class very “family style”…! 🥰

Private chef moments with the sweetest family getaway ✨

We had the pleasure of creating two special dinners for a wonderful family staying at beautiful Villa Las Perlas by — one vibrant Mexican feast and one unforgettable surf & turf evening.

From fresh gazpacho with fish tartare to crème brûlée with cinnamon & figs, every dish was made to celebrate their time together.

And the cutest part? We had a little helper in the kitchen who absolutely LOVED to cook… maybe we just met a future famous chef in the U.S.? 👩‍🍳✨
