*Even though beer is consired an aperitif drink, we have broken that barrier to fall on pure harmony. In this occasion we have found an ideal balance between Tempus Doubble Malt Beer and Smoked Rocky Mountain Oysters (beef testicles). This beer is originally from Querétaro, Mexico, it is an Imperial Altbier style beer and it counts with an IBU from 25-40, also a 7,0% Alc. Vol. Its toasted grains flavor mixed perfectly with the bitter that is in it, combines nicely with the natural salty taste of the protein. Since they are salty by nature, we decided to add some Sonoran chiltepin to it and a rub made of dry chillies and lime, as garniture some rostaed potatoes seasoned with fine herbs.
