Our house mayonnaise, which is truly organic, made from a classic French recipe, and NOTHING like the so-called mayonnaise that they peddle in grocery stores!! Also, you can see some of the plates that go well with our mayonnaise!

On the recommendation of our garden architect and planner, Erasmo Rodriguez, we removed the wood frames and planks and replaced them with concrete walls, which now enclose new garden beds and are adjoined by pathways to all parts of the garden.

Erasmo also reconfigured the irrigation system and provided new valves, piping, and various necessary irrigation devices.

We also furnished generous amounts of natural fertilizer and have been watering and tilling the soil, all of which we provided new about one year ago.

We also installed nurseries alongside the main garden and two very large beds behind our house, as well as a few orange trees.

We plan to let parts of the garden lie fallow most of the year and to rotate our planting of crops. We also plan to grow crops that can thrive in the summer (tomatoes, chiles, eggplant, possibly some variant of Swiss chard, and anything else that is healthy, tasty, and able to grow in the hot desert sun). 😃👍

Des pâtes bios avec des légumes de notre jardin bio. La sauce, c’est de l’huile d’olive avec du vinaigre. Le tout avec des cacahuetes mélangées et du roquefort papillon!
