Springtime green juice recipe 🌱
1/3rd pineapple
Handful of spinach
3 stalks celery
One cucumber
Two inches fresh turmeric
Two inches fresh ginger root
1/4th cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Small piece of lemon skin
Juice of one lemon
*optional 1 tbs raw honey
or
1 Tsp spirulina

Before I moved here (eight years ago) I was all about using the juicer
Now I use the blender add some water and use a fine mesh sieve to add a little more fiber
This recipe yields roughly 8 -9 cups
I add the chia seeds after I make the juice and let expand an hour or so before drinking.
