Here’s a bottle of Pichumel (Pichomel, Pixumel, etc.) we picked up in southern Puebla a little while ago. It is an excellent drop, but unfortunately the vendor did not know the name of the mezcalero or even the specific village it was from. Down here, you sometimes end up with mystery mezcal—often it is good.
