Antes que nada, gracias de todo corazón por su paciencia y por todos los mensajitos que nos han mandado preguntando cómo estamos. De verdad se siente bien bonito saber que nos tienen presentes.

Hemos estado un poco ausentes y con el ahumado en pausa por algunos asuntos personales, y por eso no habíamos podido regresar ni estar activos en redes.

Pero ya estamos tomando aire otra vez y, si Dios quiere, en enero estaremos de regreso. Les vamos a avisar con una semanita de anticipación para que se preparen. 🔥

Gracias por su cariño, por preocuparse por nosotros y por seguir aquí. Les deseamos unas Fiestas muy felices, un Año Nuevo lleno de cosas buenas, y que sepan que los queremos y los valoramos un chorro. ❤️

We’ve got smoked chicken, BBQ ribs, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends (crispy, caramelized BBQ pork cubes 🤤), and our famous Texas Twinkies — jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and smoked brisket, wrapped in bacon and glazed with BBQ sauce.

Sides? Creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and coleslaw on deck. 💁🏻‍♀️

We’ll be firing up the pit again this weekend, but from now on we’ll be smoking only on Saturdays, so make sure to place your orders by Friday at noon.
