Craving something truly Mexican, spicy, and with a crunchy twist? 🌶️🥜
Today we’ll show you how to prepare an unfailing classic, elevated to the next level with the unique touch of our crown jewel: Picamanía Sauce! The perfect combination of roasted peanuts and chile de árbol that will wake up any dish.
👑 Arrachera (Flank Steak) Tacos with a Cheese Crust and Picamanía Sauce 🌮✨
What you need:
Flank steak (arrachera) strips
Corn tortillas (if they're handmade, even better!)
Melting cheese (like Quesillo or Chihuahua) to make the crust
Chopped onion and cilantro
And the master touch:
Picamanía Sauce to taste
Step by step:
1️⃣ Place the cheese directly onto a hot griddle until it browns and forms a delicious, crispy crust.
2️⃣ Wrap the flank steak with the cheese crust and place it onto your warm tortilla.
3️⃣ Add onion and cilantro, and crown your taco with a generous spoonful (or two!) of Picamanía.
And that's it! A direct trip to the most authentic flavor of our land in every single bite. 🤤
👉🏼 Save this post for when hunger and cravings strike at the same time, and tell us in the comments: What other recipe would you pair with the crunchy touch of Picamanía? 👇🏽
