Yes, Chardonnay is successfully grown and produced in Mexico, particularly in the Valle de Guadalupe, with many wineries making high-quality examples of the varietal. Mexican Chardonnays can offer a range of styles, from creamy, woody notes to crisp, minerally profiles, and are well-suited to pairing with local seafood and chicken dishes. Join us Thursday September 18th @ 6 pm for another night of discovery, as we taste 5 fantastic Mexican Chardonnays paired with a great dinner! $800 pesos cover fee
