Kursus Pengendali Makanan

SLPM kami menjalankan kursus pengendali makanan di merata lokasi pelanggan seperti di restoran, kedai makan, hotel, kantin sekolah & kilang pelanggan kami sekiranya bilangan setiap sessi melebihi 10 orang.

Setiap sessi memakan masa 3 jam, yang akan meliputi aspek kebersihan serta keselamatan makanan.

Kursus seperti ini wajib di ikuti oleh setiap staf yang mengendalikan makanan, sama sebagai tukang memasak, atau servis serta yang mengendalikan penyucian alatan.

Disamping kursus, kami juga dapat memberi panduan percuma terhadap teknik-teknik penjagaan premis serta kawalan makhluk perosak (pests) yang berkesan.
