Our Story

萧子顺先生，也可称呼“阿顺” 出生于在一个建国风行的时代，自小踏出社会接触厨艺工作，学习了一手中式食品和手工点心/热荤的手艺。多年来，他一直都在酒楼和酒店工作于点心师傅。直到2001年，经过多年的经验累计和亲朋戚友的鼓励，他决定自已出来设厂，开始研发和制造加工鸡肉胶，特色的手工点心/热荤类和甜品与锅饼。他决定以“顺心意”作为公司和品牌之名。灵感源自于自已的名“顺”和老婆的名字“心”，也希望每个人都可以顺着心意去生活，以此传承家庭的记忆。

Mr. Siow Zi Shun, also known as "Ah Shun" was born in a founding era, he been social contact with the cooking work since he is a teenager, learning a hand of Chinese food and handmade dimsum / four season items and variety of dessert and pancake. He decided to "shun xin yi" as the company and brand name. Inspired by their own name "Shun" and his wife's name "xin", but also hope that everyone can live along the mind, in order to pass the memory of the family.
