3) SHIPPING POLICY

Layar Sutra is committed to delivering our handmade fresh Mochi to customers within the Klang Valley promptly and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery processes and terms. Delivery Area
Klang Valley Only: Our delivery service is limited to the Klang Valley area. We use Lalamove for all our deliveries to ensure your Mochi arrives fresh and on time. If you are located outside the Klang Valley, you are welcome to place an order and arrange for pickup at a designated location within the Klang Valley. Delivery Time
Delivery Schedule: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery Charges
Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within the Klang Valley. Customers opting for pickup will not incur delivery charges. Order Tracking

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery driver cannot reach you at the provided address, they will attempt to contact you. If the delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to our facility, and you will need to arrange for a new delivery or pickup. Damage During Delivery:

Cancellation Before Delivery:
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at +6018-772 7367.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery. Cancellation by Layar Sutra:
-Layar Sutra reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only available for products that are damaged during delivery or if there is a significant discrepancy between the product description and the received item.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.|
Non-Refundable Items:
- Due to the perishable nature of our handmade fresh Mochi, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Orders cannot be refunded if the customer is not available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time. Refund Process:
- Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
