CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE RECIPES!!

INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour
Granulated white sugar
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Baking soda
Salt
Eggs
Butter
Vanilla extract
Hot coffee

Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients (In your mixer’s bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt)

Step 2: Adding Wet Ingredients (To the dry mix, add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth)

Step 3: Final Touch with Coffee (Remove the bowl from the mixer. Gently stir in hot coffee with a rubber spatula. The batter will be quite runny)

Step 4: Pour and Bake (Evenly distribute the batter between the two pans. Bake in the middle rack for 25-35 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 190ºF)

Step 5: Cooling Down (Let the cakes cool in the pans for 15 minutes. Then, run a butter knife around the edges and flip them onto parchment-lined cooling racks)

Step 6: Complete Cooling (Allow the cakes to cool completely before handling or frosting. This ensures they’re firm enough to decorate and serve)
