Kasan Hill is a hilltop durian farm surrounded by a preserved tropical rainforest, crystal clear river, forest stone cliffs, natural spring water basin, and endless views of emerald waters of the Andaman Sea. The natural beauty of Kasan Hill durian farm located at Balik Pulau or the “garden” of the UNESCO World Heritage Penang Island is a flourishing habitat full of durian trees, nutmeg trees, mangosteen trees, rambutan fruit trees, jackfruit trees, etc. Kasan Hill’s dedication to sustainable agricultural research, innovative irrigation system, and historic preservation is a destination for fresh and locally-grown Balik Pulau products. Kasan Hill continues to produce the most remarkable and exotic durian from the century-old Kun Yit durian tree which is known as the origin of the Musang King durian and the oldest Capri durian tree that is very much in demand. In the durian season, we produce the healthiest premium durian that nature can grow every year to deliver a positive impact on our farm and inspire the durian industry.

园区位于马來西亚槟城，有槟城后花园“榴莲之乡”美誉的浮罗山背 BOTANICA-CT. 城镇山顶。
卡桑岭私家榴梿园风景优美、望海，面朝马六甲海峡与安达曼海、葫芦嶼，园内有条长年流水的自然山水河，园丘周围环绕着森林保护区，四周鸟语花香，是个与大自然结合的榴莲园。
卡桑岭私家榴莲园榴莲种类丰富，园内的 “镇园之宝” 百年名种榴莲老树坤意（猫山王）始祖和百年名种榴莲老树甲必利(Capri)白玉珍珠始祖以及20-30年以上各种槟城名种老树榴莲如：红虾、坤宝、葫芦、青皮、蜈蚣等等，除了榴莲还有其他各种热带水果如,豆寇、山竹、红毛丹、波罗蜜、龙贡、尖不叻、人心果等等.
