At Etika, creating a supportive workplace goes beyond the work we do - it’s also about caring for the wellbeing of our people.

In conjunction with Mental Health Month, more than 100 employees across Etika offices came together for a meaningful half day Aromatherapy for Stress Management workshop organised by our Human Resources L&D team.

Through an interactive and engaging session, participants explored how aromatherapy can support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and encourage healthier daily routines through the power of scent.

From relaxation and focus to emotional balance and energy, the workshop served as a reminder that small moments of self-care can make a meaningful difference in our overall mental wellness.

Because at Etika, investing in our people also means creating space to pause, recharge, and thrive together.

Every month, as we approach the end of the month, our teams in Bangi and Meru come together over a shared meal—not simply to eat, but to connect, recharge, and strengthen the bonds that make us One Etika.

This initiative was thoughtfully designed with our production employees in mind. The people on our frontlines play a vital role in bringing our products to life and ensuring we continue delivering excellence every day. As a small gesture of appreciation, we create a space where everyone can gather, enjoy a nutritious meal, share conversations, and experience the warmth of a community that cares.

Because fostering an inclusive workplace goes beyond policies and programmes. It is about understanding the realities of our people, anticipating their needs, and creating meaningful moments that remind them they are valued, supported, and never alone.

A meal may last for an hour, but the sense of belonging it creates can last far longer.
