From coffee trees to fruit orchards, this land is slowly transforming into a place where people reconnect with nature, food, and time.

The grapes are starting to grow!

Seeing the little bunches of grapes slowly developing is truly exciting.

However, growing grapes from flowering, fruiting, to ripening is not as simple as it looks. Besides regular pruning and managing the leaves to allow better sunlight and airflow, we also use protective bags to cover the grapes and keep them safe from birds enjoying them before we do.

Behind every bunch of grapes are time, patience, and a little bit of care.

葡萄开始结果啦！

看到一串串小葡萄慢慢长大，真的很开心。

不过，葡萄从开花、结果到成熟，并不是一件简单的事。除了需要适时修剪枝条、整理叶片，让阳光和空气更好地帮助果实成长，也需要用网袋保护葡萄，避免小鸟提前享用我们的成果。

每一串葡萄背后，都是时间、耐心和一点点的坚持。

Many people think Timah Valley is all about coffee, but we actually grow a wide variety of fruit trees too.
Recently, our grapes, black sapote, sweet pomelo orange, pomelo, and Taiwanese sweet oranges have all started bearing fruit.
It's our first time seeing them filled with fruit, and we can't wait to taste them when they're fully ripe. 🍇🍊
Every day brings a new surprise to this land. Which fruit are you looking forward to the most?

很多人以为 Timah Valley 只种咖啡树，其实这里还有很多不同种类的果树。
最近，葡萄、黑柿、甜柚橙、柚子和台湾柳丁都陆续开始结果了。
第一次看到它们挂满果实，真的很期待。不知道再过一阵子成熟后，味道会如何呢？🍇🍊
每一天，都有新的惊喜在这片土地慢慢发生，你最期待哪一种水果呢？

Either way, it's a lovely view to end the day.

Many people ask us,
"How long does it take before you can drink coffee from your own farm?"
The answer is: not that soon. 😆
While waiting for our coffee trees to grow, life on the farm carries on.
The papayas are ripe. The bananas are ready to harvest. And the durians have started to arrive too.
That's farming life.
One day you're picking fruits, the next day you're clearing weeds, and the day after, you're checking whether the coffee cherries have finally appeared.
Some harvests come quickly. Others take years of patience.
But as long as there is a little progress each day, there is always something to look forward to.

很多人问：「种咖啡是不是很快就能喝到？」
答案是：没有那么快。😆
等待咖啡树长大的同时，农场也没闲着。
木瓜熟了，
香蕉可以收了，
榴莲也开始报到了。
种农就是这样，
今天摘水果，明天除草，
后天又去看看咖啡结果了没有。
有些收获来得快，
有些需要多等几年。
但只要每天都有一点变化，
就值得期待。

A few months ago, our coffee trees were covered in delicate white blossoms. The flowering season was brief, but full of promise.
Today, after the flowers have faded, the first Liberica cherries have quietly appeared on the branches.
There are only a handful of them, yet they bring great excitement.
Every coffee bean begins as a flower, then slowly develops through sunshine, rainfall, and time.
Recently, we started sun-drying a small batch of ripe cherries as one of Timah Valley's first experimental lots.
There is still a long journey ahead before it becomes a cup of coffee.
But every flavour has a beginning.
And for us, it begins with these very first cherries.
From blossom to fruit, from fruit to bean.

This is the beginning of Timah Valley's coffee story.

几个月前，园里的咖啡树开满了白色花朵。
花期很短，却总让人期待。
如今，花谢之后，第一批 Liberica 果实已经悄悄挂上枝头。
数量不多，却足以让人开心。
每一颗咖啡豆，都曾经是一朵短暂盛开的花，然后经历阳光、雨水与时间的累积，慢慢成长。
最近，我们也把少量成熟果实进行了日晒处理，作为 Timah Valley 的第一批实验批次之一。
距离成为一杯咖啡，还有很长的一段路。
但所有风味的开始，都源于这一颗小小的果实。
从花开到结果，从果实到咖啡豆。
我们正在见证 Timah Valley 的第一段咖啡旅程。
