Provider reliability
OQTOPUS now follows the current registered-job, presigned-upload and submit lifecycle, with updated status and result handling, supported circuit subset, backend REST surface, and histograms when available.

Research integrity
All numerical research calculations run deterministically in Swift. EGKAICore is used only for explanation and calibration rankings, never for the numbers.

Roadmap
Zero-noise extrapolation is the next mitigation stage. It is not implemented in this release, and we won’t claim it is.
