原来你买的凤梨甜不甜，一看颜色就知道！
今天教大家用最专业的方法——来自 马来西亚凤梨局（MPIB）官方色阶。

📊 凤梨的外皮颜色 = 成熟度 = 口感 + 香气 + 甜度

🟩 COLOR 0–2：青色阶段（Unripe）

特色：果皮绿色、果肉清脆、有点酸
适合：
✔ 长途运输
✔ 加工切丁
✔ 低甜度的凤梨饮料

为什么？
👉 此时糖度较低、纤维较硬，加工不会太软烂。

🟨 COLOR 3–4：半熟阶段（Semi-ripe）

特色：外皮开始转黄、甜味提升、香气开始出来
适合：
✔ 鲜切水果
✔ 果汁生产（自然酸甜平衡）
✔ 即买即吃

👉 这一阶段的凤梨甜度适中、汁水多，是最受消费者欢迎的“黄金甜度”。
