今天来的这位顾客，有一点压力哦！😂》
朋友带朋友来吃 Laksa，本来很正常。
问题是，今天他带来的这个朋友，自己也是卖 Laksa 的！ 😳🤣

听到的时候，我心里马上想：
哎哟，这哪里是来吃 Laksa，这是同行来“交流交流”了咯！😂
平时顾客来，我还可以轻轻松松端上桌。

今天这一碗端出去的时候，心情真的有一点不一样。🤣
毕竟大家都是卖 Laksa 的，酸甜咸辣、汤头、面、配料，人家一入口，大概就知道你有没有。😂
不过换个角度想，
敢敢让同行吃，也是一种交流嘛！ ❤️
每一家 Laksa 都有自己的味道，也有自己的做法，没有谁一定要跟谁一样。
所以今天这碗 Laksa，
我还是照平时一样用自己的味道，敢敢端出去！ 😂💪

《隔三差五就来“朝拜”我们的海鲜饼 😂》
这位顾客又来报到啦！🤣
而且她来，不是吃 Laksa，也不是吃 Rojak，
就是专程来买我们的海鲜饼！
每次一拿就是两包，再加我们的 Rojak 酱。 ❤️

她曾经告诉我们，
我们的海鲜饼配上 Rojak 酱，就是她家乡熟悉的味道。 🥰

听到这一句，心里其实蛮开心的。
有时候一个人喜欢一样食物，不只是因为好不好吃，
而是那个味道，刚好勾起了她熟悉的记忆。❤️

所以现在看到她来，已经都知道了
两包海鲜饼 + Rojak 酱！🤣🤣
能够让她从我们的海鲜饼里，吃回自己熟悉的家乡味，

Here she comes again! 🤣

And every time she visits us, her mission is crystal clear.

By now, we already know her usual order by heart:

She once told us something that really stayed with me.

And honestly, hearing that made us really happy.

Because sometimes, food is about much more than taste.

A certain flavour can take you back to a place, a childhood memory, or a feeling that you thought you had left behind.

For her, it might just be a simple pack of seafood crackers with some Rojak sauce.

But somehow, that combination brings back a little taste of home. ❤️

So now, whenever she comes by, we don’t even need to ask:

Food Court 趣事💪昨天的战绩，今天才来分享🤣
昨天我们中午一到 Food Court，这位帅哥就马上拿着他的“战绩”给我看。

一大盒的 Roti Canai，已经卖到差不多清空了！😂👍
他是从早上卖到晚上的，有中休一下，而我是中午才来，所以每次我一出现，只要他早上生意不错，他就会很有“优越感”地跟我分享今天卖了多少。🤣

我也很喜欢捉弄他：
“哇！今天赚很多咯！有钱了，可以请我吃了咯！”😂
他每次也很爽快：
“可以！你要吃什么？Roti Susu？Roti Pisang？还是要什么？”🤣
讲是讲请啦，不过最后我还是会给钱。
大家都是在 Food Court 做小生意的，互相支持嘛。❤️

其实我在这里做了一年，这个档口老板已经换过三个员工。看了三个不同的人做，我才慢慢发现，
同一个档口、同样的东西，不同的人来做，真的会有不同的感觉。

这位帅哥手脚快、肯做、也有笑容，看到人会讲话、会打招呼。
每个人做事的方式不同，带出来的生意和整个档口的气氛，也真的会不一样。

所以我常常觉得，做饮食不只是食物好不好吃。
做的人、卖的人，也很重要。
这也是我在 Food Court 做了一年，慢慢看到的一点小心得啦。😊
至于他嘛！
下次看到我来就急着晒战绩，我当然还是要酸他一句：

🍽️ A Little Food Court Story — Yesterday’s “Victory” Finally Gets Shared Today! 😂💪

Yesterday, the moment I arrived at the Food Court, this handsome guy came over to show me his morning “achievement”. 😂

A huge box of Roti Canai was already almost sold out! 👏🤣

He works from morning until evening, while I only arrive around lunchtime.

So whenever his morning sales are good, he loves showing me his “victory” with that proud little smile. 😂

And of course, I always tease him:

“Wow, you made good money today! You’re rich now, right? So… lunch is on you?” 🤣

He always plays along:

“Sure! What do you want? Roti Susu? Roti Pisang?”

😂😂😂

But in the end, I still pay for my own food lah. 🤣

We’re all running small businesses in the same Food Court, so supporting each other is part of the friendship here. ❤️

I’ve been working here for about a year, and I’ve actually seen three different employees work at his stall.

That made me realise something:

Same stall. Same food. Different person — completely different feeling.

Some people are fast.

Some are quiet.

Some greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome.

And honestly, those little things matter.

This guy works fast, puts in the effort, and always has a smile when he sees people. 😄

After one year in the Food Court, I’ve learned that running a food business isn’t just about making good food.

The people behind the food matter too.

Good food may bring customers in.

But good service, a friendly attitude, and a welcoming atmosphere can make them want to come back. ❤️

And as for this guy… 🤣

Next time you come over showing me your sales again, I already know what I’m going to say:

“Made good money today, huh? 😏 Roti Pisang is on you!” 🤣🤣

That’s Food Court life.

We work, we support each other, we tease each other — and somehow, we end up creating lots of little memories along the way. ❤️

《一个留言，让我想了一个晚上😂》
昨晚看到一个留言，说我的 Laksa 和 Rojak，小碗都吃不完，过后却跑去另外一个地方吃，还说“一级棒”。
看到这个留言，我倒是认真起来了。😂
昨晚躺着的时候还一直在想：
到底是我的 Laksa 哪里出了问题？
还是我的 Rojak 有什么地方需要再改进？
味道不对？太酸？太浓？
还是有什么地方，是我还是Rojak仔一直没有注意到？

因为做吃的就是这样。
顾客给意见，我们还是要听。
有时候一句不好听的话，换个角度想，也可能是在提醒我们，还有进步的空间。
我从来不敢讲自己的东西一定最好吃，更加不敢讲每一个人吃了都会喜欢。

毕竟....
千人千味，百人百口。❤️
同样一碗 Laksa，
有人嫌酸，有人嫌不够酸；
有人觉得刚刚好，也一定会有人不喜欢。
做饮食的，本来就不可能做到一百个人吃，一百个人都说好吃。
有人喜欢，我感恩；
有人不喜欢，我也接受。

所以昨晚，我是真的有认真想，也有认真检讨自己的 Laksa 和 Rojak。
可是想啊想……
想了一个晚上，今天早上再看回这个留言，我突然觉得——
咦？好像重点又不只是好不好吃哦。😂

如果只是觉得我的不好吃，告诉我，我接受。
可是吃了我的，再特地跑到我的 Page 留言，带路告诉大家另外一家“一级棒”……
我才突然想到：
哎哟！原来 Laksa 姐的 Page 也不错喔！🤣
已经可以让人家借地方介绍美食，顺便帮别家打打广告了。😂😂

这样想一想，我反而觉得蛮有趣。
证明我的小小 Page，还是有人看的嘛！🤣
哪里有好吃的，当然大家都有权利分享。

只是爸爸妈妈老师常教我们：
喜欢一家店，可以大大方方去称赞、去介绍。
不需要先踩一下别人，再把自己喜欢的抬起来。
大家出来做生意都不容易。
我的不好吃，你可以不再来；
别家的一级棒，你也可以继续支持。
口味不同，我尊重。❤️
但是人与人之间，说话留一点分寸，做事留一点尊重，我觉得会更加漂亮。

不过，还是谢谢这个留言。
让我认真反省了一个晚上，也顺便让我发现一件很爽的事.......
原来 Laksa 姐乱乱写的 Page，已经开始有“广告位”的价值了。🤣🤣🤣
想通了。
今天心情好，继续认真煮我的 Laksa，认真拌我的 Rojak。😂❤️

😂 A Comment That Kept Me Thinking All Night

Last night, I came across a comment saying that our Laksa and Rojak were so difficult to finish—even the small portion.

Then the person went somewhere else to eat and described the other place as:

“Absolutely amazing!”

At first, I just laughed.

But later that night, I actually started thinking about it.

“Is there something wrong with our Laksa?”

“Is our Rojak missing something?”

Too sour?
Not sour enough?
Too strong?
Or maybe there’s something that Rojak Boy and I haven’t noticed yet?

Because when you’re in the food business, you have to be willing to listen.

I never claim that our Laksa is the best in the world.

And I certainly don’t expect everyone to love it.

Food is personal.

Everyone has different tastes. ❤️

One person might think the Laksa is perfect.
Another might want it more sour.
Someone else might prefer something completely different.

And that’s okay.

If you love our food, we’re grateful.

If you don’t, we respect that too.

So yes, I genuinely spent some time thinking about how we could improve.

But after thinking about that comment all night, I looked at it again this morning and suddenly thought…

Wait a minute… maybe this isn’t only about the food. 😂

If you don’t enjoy our Laksa or Rojak, that’s completely fine.

Tell us what you didn’t like.
We can learn from it.

And if you think another place does it better, you’re absolutely free to support them.

Different tastes are never a problem.

But when someone comes to our page specifically to say they didn’t enjoy our food, only to recommend another business…

I suddenly realized something:

Honestly, that’s pretty funny.

Everyone running a small food business is working hard.

Our tastes don’t have to be the same, but respect should always go both ways. ❤️

《昨天才讲“大胃王来挑战”，今天真的来了！😂》
昨天我才刚刚分享我们的 Combo，跟大家讲，如果两个人怕吃不完，其实可以叫一碗来 share。

当然我也有讲，有些“大胃王”一个人吃 Combo 完全没问题，有些甚至还会加面。🤣
哪里知道昨天才讲，今天挑战者真的出现了！😂
而且还是一位看起来斯斯文文、瘦瘦的女生。

当她跟我讲要一碗 Laksa Combo，还要加一个虾饼的时候，我还问她：
“妳可以吗？吃得完吗？”😂
讲真的，我那时候心里面还有一点怀疑。
看她瘦瘦的，我一直觉得：真的可以咩？🤣
结果；
是我小看人家了！😂
Laksa Combo，吃完！
虾饼，吃完！
连 Laksa 的汤底都喝到干干净净！👏🤣
最好笑又最可爱的是，她吃完以后，还特地把那个空空的碗拿过来给我们看！ 😂
好像在跟我讲：
“Laksa 姐，妳刚才不是怀疑我吗？来，自己看！🤣”
看到这样干净的碗，我当然要趁机会问她：
“妳吃到这样干净，肯定是我的 Laksa 好吃咯！不然哪里吃得完？😂”
哈哈哈，机会来到面前，不称赞一下自己的 Laksa，好像有点对不起自己。🤣

而且人家还没结束哦！
吃完这一大份，最后还再打包一份 Rojak Combo 回家！😳👏

😂 Yesterday I Talked About Big Eaters… Today, One Showed Up!

Yesterday, I was telling everyone about our Laksa Combo and mentioned that if two people aren’t sure they can finish it, they can always share one.

But I also said something else:

Some serious eaters can finish a whole Combo by themselves.

And some even ask for extra noodles! 🤣

Well…

I said that yesterday, and today someone actually came to prove me right! 😂

And the funniest part?

She looked so petite and quiet!

When she ordered a Laksa Combo with an extra prawn cracker, I couldn’t help asking:

“Are you sure you can finish all that?” 😂

Honestly, I wasn’t convinced.

I looked at her and thought:

She came back and proudly showed us her completely empty bowl! 😂

The look on her face was basically saying:

“You doubted me earlier, didn’t you? Well… look at this!” 🤣

Of course, I couldn’t resist.

I immediately asked:

“You cleaned the bowl that well… I guess the Laksa must have been pretty good, right?” 😂

What can I say?

When the opportunity to compliment your own food comes along, you take it! 🤣

But wait…

She wasn’t finished yet! 😳

After finishing the entire Laksa Combo, she ordered another Rojak Combo to take home! 👏🤣

So yesterday I joked about having a “food challenge”…

And today, this lovely customer proved one thing:

Never judge someone’s appetite by their appearance. 😂

She may look petite…

but her appetite is anything but small! 🤣🤣🤣

So next time she walks into our stall, I’m not asking:

“Can you finish it?”

I’m going straight to:

“Want extra noodles today?” 🤣❤️

昨天才在网络上跟网友聊着刘德华。🤣
因为昨天有博主来到我的小档口，就有网友留言说，如果有一天刘德华也来了，那就真的不得了咯！😂
哪里知道才讲完刘德华，
今天早上我的档口就来了这一位顾客。
我第一眼看到他——
咦？？？怎么这样熟的？帅哦！😳
再看多两眼……
不对不对！
这个样子很像一个香港明星啊！🤣
问题来了。

我明明知道那个明星是谁，脸也记得清清楚楚，偏偏那个名字就在嘴巴边，怎样想都想不起来！😂
我还一直跟这个顾客讲：
“你很像一个香港明星咯！我知道是谁……可是我就是想不起他的名字！”🤣😂
最尴尬就是这种！
不是不认识，
是认识他的脸，叫不出他的名！😂😂😂
等到顾客走了以后，我还是不甘愿。🤣
马上拿手机出来，上 Google 找！
找啊找……
啊！哈！哈！郑嘉颖啦！！！🤣🤣🤣
哎哟！终于给我找到了！
刚才在档口怎样想都想不起，真的是差一点把我憋死。😂

而且这位顾客还是有 follow 我的 Page 的网友，

😂 Yesterday It Was Andy Lau… Today, I Thought I Met Kevin Cheng!

Yesterday, I was joking with people on Facebook about Andy Lau.

A content creator had visited our little stall, and someone commented:

“If Andy Lau ever comes to your stall one day, that would be something!” 😂

I laughed and thought:

“Yeah right… what are the chances of a superstar like Andy Lau showing up at our little food stall?” 🤣

Well…

**Andy Lau didn’t show up today.

But someone who seriously reminded me of Kevin Cheng did! 😂**

This morning, a customer walked up to our stall.

I looked at him and thought:

“Wait… why does this guy look so familiar?”

Then I looked again.

And again.

And I suddenly realized:

“This guy looks like a Hong Kong actor!” 😂

There was just one problem…

I knew exactly who I was thinking of.

I knew the face.

I knew the actor.

But somehow…

I completely forgot his name! 🤣🤣🤣

So I actually told the customer:

“You look so much like a Hong Kong actor! I know exactly who I’m thinking of, but I just can’t remember his name!” 😂

You know that feeling?

It’s not that you don’t recognize the person.

You recognize the face perfectly… but your brain refuses to give you the name! 🤣

After he left, I still couldn’t let it go.

So I grabbed my phone and started searching.

One search…

Another search…

And finally—

“YES! KEVIN CHENG!” 🤣🤣🤣

I finally got it!

I swear, trying to remember that name at the stall was driving me crazy. 😂

And here’s the funny part:

This customer actually follows our page.

So if you’re reading this right now…

I finally figured out who you reminded me of! 😂

Kevin Cheng!

And honestly…

you really do look like him.

But since you’re the one who came to my stall today, I’m going to give you the VIP compliment:

I think you look even better in person. 🤣❤️

Or maybe…

Andy Lau will finally show up for a bowl of Laksa? 🤣🤣🤣

At this rate, I better pay more attention to my customers.
