It’s time to say goodbye to bakery no. 6, Sungai Ara. This chapter is coming to an end a little earlier than we expected.
At the beginning of the year, we started having conversations about what our next chapter might look like. We thought this move would happen sometime next year, but life has a way of opening new doors when we least expect it.
With grateful hearts, we have decided it’s time to take this next step. We will soon be relocating to a new home.
Bakery no. 6 has been so much more than just a place where we bake bread. It has held countless early mornings, long fermentation days, quiet afternoons, busy weekends, familiar faces, laughter, and so many beautiful memories that we will carry with us wherever we go.
Thank you for making this little space feel alive. Thank you for spending your time with us, for waiting patiently for your bread, and for being part of this journey. The memories we have made here will always have a special place in our hearts.
We will continue baking throughout July and August while we prepare for this transition. Until then, we’ll still be here at our current home, welcoming you as usual.
Our last day at Bakery No. 6 will be Saturday, 29th August.
We hope to see you in these final weeks before we welcome you into our new home.
