里面是 豆沙 + 奶油（奶黄） 的组合
Filled with red bean + butter (custard)

下层是豆沙，上层是奶油
Red bean at the bottom, butter on top

一口咬下去，层次很明显 😋
You’ll taste the layers in every bite 😋

内馅全部都是我们自己炒、自己做 ✋
All fillings are homemade ✋

豆沙不是外面买现成的
Our red bean is cooked from scratch

奶油也不是那种很滑的
And our butter isn’t overly smooth

因为我们没有加面粉去“调滑”
Because we don’t add flour to alter texture

很多人问我们为什么包子不粘牙 🤔

其实很简单 👉 因为是手工做的 ✋

手工包子里面会有很多自然的气孔和缝隙

🥬 🥩菜肉包新鲜出炉啦！ 🥯

很多人问：
「你们的菜肉包，菜到底是什么？」

这里跟大家说清楚 💛
我们用的“菜”，不是随便的青菜，
而是 地瓜（Mangkuang / Sengkuang）＋萝卜丝＋咸菜，
再加上一点 鸡蛋，
搭配扎实的 肉馅，
一起炒出清香又有层次的内馅 😋

清爽、不油腻，越吃越顺口，
是那种吃完一颗还会想再来一颗的味道。

包子皮一样是我们每天手工制作，
现包现蒸，口感松软、不粘牙 🥯✨
